One week of gameplay accomplished

It's only been 6 days but it's actually been AGES since my last post. The more Miis you have, the more stories compound and pile up. I was telling friends, it only takes about 20 minutes to go through multiple points of drama. It's sort of like doomscrolling but in a controlled nintendo-based environment. From one moment to the next you could witness someone's intense drama, the romance of a lifetime, be bored out of your life, or get some fake news.

I started playing April 17, gave an update on April 19 with some details on my approach and how I'm getting into it, then did an April 21 check-in with 10 Miis. Now I have 15! I think this is a good amount for now because I have a few other ideas on what to do about all this, and I want to give myself time to figure that out.

I love how creatively inspiring video games can be! :)

Random stuff about the island and its residents:

• Max (the me Mii) is dating Moai guy - Bucky dumped me after 2 days! Based on his flashbacks I think I was the problem. His status keeps going back/forth between "friends" and "would try again"

• No Name (from Spirited Away) has basically struck out with everyone he's asked to date or move in with
• 3 of 4 Golden Girls live together, I just made Sophia finally the other day

• Sam and Dean moved in with each other super quickly
• Sam has asked Castiel to move in but Cas keeps saying no

• Blanche was initially in love with Sam, but then fell in love with Dean as soon as they met

• Blanche and Rose both have a huge crush on Dean (Dean is indifferent to both)
• Sally and Sophia both have a huge crush on Michael

• Michael lives in a dilapidated wearhouse that is separated from the island with no bridge and he spends nearly all his time staring at the stars and making up constellations

• Sally lives in Finkelstein Tower (it's just a generic brick tower)
• I live in a tent (default tent suggestion)
• Moai lives in a hut

• Sam, Dean, and Castiel talk about "hunting monsters" which they interpret as killing demons and vampires and such, but which everyone else on the island interprets as playing Monster Hunter

• My IRL friend Miis became fast friends but not with me! They love each other first! I had to really target those connections to get us into a trio and we're still not there yet, smh. They are ALWAYS together on the island!

• Sam and Dean did the USA tour (fit for them - they went on a road trip)

• Castiel immediately shot Bucky down from conversation and has no interest in getting to know him apparently

• Blanche, Dorothy, and Rose are always together and chatting all across the island and I love thinking of it as a mini Golden Girls episode, whatever is happening with them

• I've started building some areas although I don't feel like there's much diversity in the items so it's hard to do anything really creative. It makes me laugh every time we get an item or clothing item directly out of ACNH though.
