Christmas time is here
Happy Christmas time, I decorated the safe areas of the island. Tom specifically had me set up this whole town square and sitting area situation just for seasonal decor and then I mysteriously disappeared from the island for several years. It's not done yet but I did this on lunch break today and I want to see it glowing before I add more.
This is the entrance now, added some frozen things.
My resident services is immediately inside the entrance so looking to the right in the above photo you can see where this tree is positioned. Nook wanted resident services to feel welcoming and festive, and to ensure the tree was visible to KK during his performances this month.
To the left of the entrance is Main St and the town where you can do shopping, hang out on the beach, take some photos by fossils found on the island, play pinball, surf, or just relax next to the river. A very welcoming area for everyone!
We (I) put up some seasonal decor that extends across the shops entirely. When you relax on the bench you'll find an assortment of ornaments and two small trees. Near the fountain there's a lovely view.
For symmetry of course the snowy decor in front of Nook's is here in front of the Sisters shop.
Then out to the left of shopping there's a little relax area and fossil photo opportunity which now has the toys and sleigh.
It's totally safe to hang out in these areas of the island!
