A Lagiacrus Meetcute
I've been hunting on/off with some friends since title update 2 trying to unlock everything you need to do to get Lagiacrus on the map. (Spoilers within about Monster Hunter Wilds title update 2 FYI.)
I finally unlocked the Grand Hub and I am obsessed with the bowling game.
My friend showed me around and showed me the secret Grand Hub birb nest!
I am not very good at the bowling game, but I am here to admire each and every stamp this game produces.

First Lagiacrus had to hug his friend goodbye.
I accidentally poked him with my weapon and it made him pretty mad.
Oh hey, that's me. You're probably wondering how I got here.
The answer is I read 10 different websites to find out that you have to complete "Chapter 5 (A World Turned Upside Down)" and also accept and complete "Forest Doshaguma" from the side mission list. (It's not clear in many walkthroughs that this is a side mission, not an optional quest.) If you don't have it, talk to Erik to get it.
After capturing the Doshaguma and completing the quest, you may need to exit the Scarlet Forest and go back in before you talk to Fabius and he takes you into a little adventure to go after Rathalos.
I started playing Monster Hunter with 3U but it isn't pure nostalgia that had me looking forward to this fight! I find him to be lots of fun, and once I get the hang of it I feel like we're engaged in an ELECTRO-CUTE dance because we are in love. I don't even care if he carts me, sometimes your boyfriend carts you and you just have to talk it out tomorrow.
The underwater sequence is basically fan service and there's not a lot you can do, but it's still very exciting and fun and pretty (and dangerous). I am looking forward to see what else (if anything) they'll give us underwater in the future.
I've been playing this game since opening weekend but now it is finally time for the game to BEGIN.
